By registering to use the services provided by Octabet (hereinafter referred to as "Octabet" or the "Site"), you certify that you are at least 18 years of age and have legally read, fully understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have not relied on any representation, unless such representation has been made expressly in these General Terms and Conditions.

In the event of any contradiction between a provision in this Agreement and any provision on the Octabet website, the provisions in this Agreement shall prevail.

Octabet reserves the right, at its discretion, to request proof of identity and age from any user as a precondition for participating in or using any of Octabet's services.

In the event of any disputes regarding a player's account with Octabet, Octabet reserves the right to temporarily suspend the player's account until a resolution is reached. To report a dispute, a written report including the date, time, and details of the dispute must be submitted thru our CS Livechat. Octabet takes member disputes seriously and will make every effort to investigate and resolve the dispute.

Octabet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account at any time and without prior notice, for any reason. Any remaining account balance at the time of suspension or termination will be refunded to the account owner using a payment method determined by Octabet. Octabet also reserves the right to deem any winnings void, forfeit any account balance or winnings, and discontinue a user's use of Octabet's services.

Each user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account number and password. Octabet users are strictly prohibited from allowing any other person, including minors, to use or access their Octabet account, materials, information from the Octabet website, and any prizes won. Users are solely responsible for any purchases or losses incurred on their Octabet account, either by themselves or through a third party.

3.1 Wagering Terms and Conditions
Pursuant to these terms and conditions, players are required to wager using funds that have been credited into their player accounts. Any wagering determined to have been made using funds that have not been successfully deposited into the player's account will be deemed void. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that their total bet is equal to or greater than their deposited amount, as failure to do so may result in the inability to process a withdrawal.

3.2 Confirmed Wagers
Once a wager has been confirmed by Octabet, it cannot be cancelled unless there are exceptional circumstances, such as incorrect results or settlements, in accordance with these terms and conditions.

3.3 Accurate Records
While Octabet makes every effort to ensure accuracy, the company assumes no responsibility for any errors or omissions in the information provided on the Website.

3.4 Deduction of Wagers and Unresolved Wagers
The stakes for a bet will be deducted from the player's account at the time the bet is placed, regardless of the determination or announcement of the results. Octabet cannot refund bets placed on games with unresolved draws. These bets will be resolved upon completion of the games, and any applicable winnings will be credited to the player's account at that time.

3.5 Finality of Octabet's Wagering Decision
By accepting these terms and conditions, the player agrees that Octabet and its records will serve as the final authority in determining the terms of any wagers made and the circumstances surrounding them.

3.6 Responsibility for Winnings
The player is solely responsible for any taxes and fees incurred from their winnings and all other payments. Octabet reserves the right to report and withhold any amounts from the player's winnings as required by law. Winnings cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other form of winnings.

3.7 Minimum Stakes
A minimum stake amount applies to each game or product, as specified by Octabet.

4.1 The Prohibition of Game Manipulation and Unauthorized Access
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the player acknowledges that the use of any third-party software or manipulation of any Games or player account data is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of the player’s membership, deletion of all related accounts, forfeiture of any outstanding deposits and prizes, and potential civil or criminal charges against the offending player. Octabet retains the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any player’s account for any reason it deems appropriate, if it believes the player’s participation on the Website or in any of its offered games is detrimental to the Website's principles. The player waives any right of recourse in the event of such termination.

4.2 Errors, Glitches and Incompleteness in Software
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the player recognizes that complete freedom from errors in computer software is unattainable. Should the player become aware of any errors, glitches, or incompleteness in the software, they are legally bound to refrain from exploiting them and to promptly notify Octabet in writing. Failure to fulfill this obligation may result in Octabet being entitled to full compensation for all costs, including rectifying the software, incurred as a result of the player’s omission or exploitation of such errors, glitches or incompleteness.

4.3 Liability for Tampering or Unauthorized Access
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions, the player agrees that Octabet cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from unauthorized access to the Website or player account or from any interference with the Website's procedures or performance. Any attempt by a player to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Website or Games, or cause damage or harm to the Website or Games will result in immediate termination of the player’s account and forfeiture of any prizes they were entitled to, and may result in civil and/or criminal charges.

4.4 Fraud and Bonus Hunting Detection
In the event of fraud or opposite betting detection, all member deposits, winnings, and claimed prizes may be forfeited without prior notice. Members suspected of engaging in fraudulent or bonus hunting activities may have their bonus claims denied and may face account suspension. Octabet reserves the right to investigate such members and take appropriate remedial action at its sole discretion.

5.1 Pursuant to these General Terms and Conditions, Octabet may, in its sole discretion, request that the player furnish certain identifying information prior to releasing or approving any withdrawal, such as proof of personal identification, credit/debit card details, passport, driver's license, recent bank statement, or other documentation as Octabet deems necessary. Failure to comply with these security requests may result in Octabet deeming any winnings in the player's account void. In regards to crediting winnings, they will be automatically credited to the player's account, subject to appropriate determination by Octabet. Such updates to the player's account do not constitute proof of win and may reflect funds that have been debited from the player's account. However, should there be evidence of fraud or malpractice discovered upon manual review, Octabet reserves the right to void certain winnings and take appropriate action against the player's account.

5.2 The maximum amount payable for Correct Score Prediction and Mix Parlay Bets in our Sports products shall be SGD 20,000. This limitation of liability shall apply to all users and customers of the Sports products, and shall be strictly enforced by the company. Any claims for amounts exceeding the maximum payout shall be null and void, and the company shall not be liable for any such claims. This clause constitutes an essential part of the agreement between the company and the users or customers of the Sports products, and by using the Sports products, the users and customers expressly agree to be bound by this limitation of liability

5.3 All deposit must meet turnover requirement (TO) through wagering on any of Octabet's games one time.
- Blackjack do not count towards the turnover requirement,
- Betting over 20 numbers (Inside or outside bets) on Roulette in the same game will not count towards the turnover requirement.
- Sports bets with odds lower than 1.7 do not count towards the turnover requirement.
- Following Games from Evolution Gaming will not count toward the T/O Monopoly Big Baller, Monopoly Live, Lightning Roulette, Lightning Dice, Gold Bar Roulette, Deal or no Deal, Cash or Crash, Gonzo Treasure Hunt, Dream Catcher, Coin Flip Live, Dead or Alive Saloon, Football Studio, Football Studio Dice, Crazy Time, Megaball, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette.
- Sports betting with odds lower than 1.7 will not count toward the T/O

6.1 Definition of Bonus Money
For the purpose of this document, "Bonus Money" refers to virtual funds that are awarded to Octabet users for promotional purposes. Such funds are not immediately available for withdrawal. The process for converting Bonus Money to real money and subsequently withdrawing it will depend on the specific terms of each promotion.

6.2 Rollover
The requirement for the rollover of funds (Deposit + Bonus) is based on promotion terms and conditions. Wagers will be deducted from the Cash Balance of the player's account; in the event that the Cash Balance is insufficient, wagers will be deducted from the Bonus Balance. Only one open account is permitted per individual, family, household, email address, telephone number, bank account, and IP address. Bets placed on opposing sides will not be considered for the rollover requirement. If a withdrawal is made prior to fulfilling the rollover requirement stated in promotional terms and conditions, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited. Bets resulting in a tie or draw will not be included in the calculation of the rollover requirement. Subject to the terms of each individual promotion, A percentile (%) of total wagers placed on specific game e.g. Roulette (all variations) will be taken into consideration for the rollover requirement, on top of that, Wagers placed on specified games stated in the terms and conditional of individual promotion will not be taken into consideration for the rollover.

6.3 Identification Requirements
Octabet reserves the right to request proof of a player's identity at any time. The player must provide evidence that legally verifies their personal information, payment details, and any other information that may be necessary to pass relevant security checks. No employee or relative of an Octabet employee or representative is permitted to hold a player account or take advantage of any promotional offers on the website.

6.4 Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By participating in any promotion offered by the Octabet website, players agree to abide by these General Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms listed under each specific promotion. Players who do not agree to these terms should contact the Octabet Support Team for further information.

6.5 Breach of Terms and Conditions
In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions of any offer or promotion, Octabet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim the bonus and all winnings. Additionally, Octabet reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of an amount up to the value of the deposit bonus, in order to cover administrative costs and processing fees. If there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers that results in guaranteed profits, whether individually or as part of a group, due to a deposit bonus or any other promotional offer, Octabet reserves the right to take similar action

Other Service Provisions
As the user of Octabet's services, the player assumes full responsibility to pay all fees and costs incurred in connection therewith, as well as to comply with any applicable tax laws and regulations. The player agrees to independently report and pay any taxes as required by the relevant governing laws.
